MC NYLON SHEET PERFORMANCE
MC nylon sheet, also known as cast nylon sheet, the foreign name is Monomer casting nylon. It is an engineering plastic formed by casting with the anionic polymerization reaction technology, where adipic acid monomer and catalyst are polymerized under normal pressure. This material has the characteristics of light weight, high mechanical strength, wear resistance, self-lubrication and insulation. It is widely used in the fields of machinery, chemical industry, automotive manufacturing and transmission components.
■ PA6G Nylon Sheet
Features: Its comprehensive performance is excellent. It has high strength, rigidity and hardness, is resistant to creep, wear-resistant, resistant to heat aging, and has good machining performance.
■ MC901 Nylon Sheet
Features: This modified nylon 6 has a distinct blue color. It has higher toughness, better flexibility and better fatigue resistance than ordinary cast nylon. It is proven to be an ideal material for gears, sprockets and transmission gears.
■ Oil Filled MC Nylon Sheet
Features: This type of cast nylon 6 is truly self-lubricating nylon. It was specially developed for manufacturing parts that cannot be lubricated, have high loads, and operate at low speeds. This has greatly expanded the application scope of nylon. Its friction coefficient is lower than that of ordinary nylon (by 50%) while its wear resistance has been improved (by 10 times).
■ MDS Filled MC Nylon sheet
Features: Containing molybdenum disulfide powder, it can enhance the load-bearing capacity and wear resistance of the unmodified cast nylon without affecting its impact resistance and fatigue resistance. It is widely used in the manufacture of gears, bearings, star wheels and sleeves.
■ Solid Lubricant Filled MC Nylon Sheet
Features: Using a patented moldable nylon 6 formula that contains solid lubricants, this material exhibits self-lubrication properties, excellent friction resistance, outstanding wear resistance and pressure-speed capability (5 times higher than ordinary moldable nylon). It is particularly suitable for high-speed running and non-lubricable moving parts, and is an ideal complement to oil-filled nylon.
